Do players share rooms?
There are two players per room. You can request a roommate during registration or we’ll assign you one.
Is there supervision in the dorm?
Yes, we have female Camp Staff staying on every hall. Berry’s campus is extremely safe and dorms require a key to enter the building as well as each room.
What if we have a food allergy?
We utilize Berry’s Dining Hall for all meals which offers a variety of food to accommodate food allergies and preferences (ex: gluten-free, vegan, etc).
What should we bring?
Clothing to participate in lacrosse (shorts, cleats or turf shoes, t-shirts, sticks, goggles, mouthguard, etc.). Overnight campers should also bring linens, bath towel, pillow and toiletries.
What’s in the camp store?
Lacrosse gear, fan gear, hats, souvenirs, snacks, drinks, etc. Camp store can take cash or venmo!
Will there be medical staff on site?
Yes. Licensed collegiate trainers are on duty at all times to attend to any illness or injuries. Please note: campers requiring the use of inhalers or medications of any kind are solely responsible for administering their own medications.
Can parents stay and watch?
We suggest watching the Game on the final day of camp in our Valhalla Stadium. The time of the game will be sent out in the Official Schedule as we get closer to camp!
What if I can only attend 2 out of the 3 days of camp?
We can accommodate campers who have conflicts and cannot attend the full camp. Please contact Brittni Hall at romegalacrosse@gmail.com or bhall@berry.edu to talk through your conflict and make accommodations for this.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 15% cancellation fee will be charged upon request of a refund, regardless of reason for cancellation. Refunds will be granted only if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the beginning of that particular camp or clinic. We are not able to offer refunds within 7 days of camps or clinics.
